Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to MastoorA beauty, Sec 1059 mhamid Marrakech.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to MastoorA Beauty, accessible from http://mastoorashop.com
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement provided that the products you return are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you (i.e. have not been used or taken out of sealed packaging). This period includes the seven (7) day ‘cooling off period’ available to you under the Distance Selling Regulations.
You must take reasonable care of any items that you want to return and must send them back to us at your own risk and expense. You may like to use a recorded delivery service to ensure that items arrive safely. This is particularly recommended for higher value items.

We will give a full refund of the price you paid for items that are returned within thirty (30) days. This refund will not include our delivery charge which may be within the item cost and not only the postage charges displayed on our site.

We cannot refund the costs of any associated pre-delivery service such as gift-wrapping. We reserve the right to deduct our reasonable direct costs of recovering products that you fail to send back from any refund that we may give. We may be entitled to claim compensation from you if you fail to take care of the products before returning them to us.

In the unlikely event that you receive items that you did not order, or that are damaged or defective, or that are not in the quantity you ordered, you should contact us at our Contact Us page. We will provide you with details of how to return the products concerned. We will take back (at our cost) any items delivered in error and, at our option, refund or make-up any shortfall and refund or replace any damaged or defective items. Given the defect is of manufacturer or item description and not occurred during transit.

Please note that we do not replace or refund products that are not defective, but have simply suffered fair wear and tear from post or if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.

The above rights of return do not affect your statutory rights in relation to any problem with your order or the products you receive

Conditions for Returns

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. Such as personal hygiene products of cosmetic nature, shampoo, hair or skin creams, butters, lotions or items that require application to the hair, skin or face.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We are not responsible for items that are damaged within transit, opened by customs staff or any other sorting office or have been lost or stolen. All items are sent via Registered post, sealed within a postal box inside a post bag.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We will deliver to the delivery address specified on your order and confirmed in our Order Acceptance. We are unable to accept changes to the delivery address. It is your responsibility to make sure that someone is available to receive delivery and sign for items as all our items require a signature on delivery. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible if delivery to an address is not possible.

Our typical delivery times for delivery world wide are:

(a) Standard Delivery – (5-9 days) working days from date of order –

We offer FREE postage on orders over a certain weight or value and usually to return customers who’s basket value is of a certain value. This is used to our discretion

(b) Express Delivery – 3-5 working days ( this varies from country to country so please contact us for true postage times

(A signature is required for all our delivery options. Working days are Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays.)

Delivery times are approximate. We reserve the right to divide your order between different packages and to deliver in installments.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges at any time and some postage and handling charges may or may not be combined in the purchase cost of any item.

If your order does not arrive within our typical delivery times, please allow a further seven (7) days (for standard delivery) or three (3) days (for express delivery) before contacting us to report a late delivery.

You the buyer are responsible to ensure the items you purchase are legal in your country. We do not take responsibility for returned items due to customs failing to clear them.

We are not responsible for items that are damaged in the post.

If items are returned to us you will recieve a refund minus postage costs. Postage costs are sometimes added into item costs.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mastoorabeauty1@gmail.com and send your item to : Sector 1059 Mhamid 5, Marrakech, Morocco 40000

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product details and order number to mastoorabeauty1@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
